Ride Steam Trains in the San Francisco Bay Area

My children love trains. Steam trains especially, perhaps because they watch Thomas the Tank Engine quite often.
I tried to find a nice family friendly place to take my children to ride real steam engines in my area.
To my surprise, I had hard time finding a list by search engines.
So, I made a list myself. This list does not include diesels.
Perhaps other parents may find this useful.
