At 66 years old, I have observed that much of the available information is written by younger clinicians and trainers who have yet to experience the challenges of aging themselves. Through continual revisions, I have refined my notes not only to update my understanding but also to make them accessible to anyone interested. Written based on my own experience, this content is relevant to older adults and, therefore, universally practical for people of all ages and physical conditions.
